Nicole is licensed to provide LPC Supervision to LPC Residents in the state of Virginia and can also provide supervision for Bachelors and Masters Practicum and Internships.
Approach
My approach to supervision is relationship-oriented with cognitive-behavioral supervision processes. This means that my first priority is to understand your personal qualities as a therapist, increase your awareness and insight of yourself and your techniques, and apply this awareness to the counseling process.
I will provide feedback on interventions and techniques and will work to identify and address countertransference and areas of dissonance. I want and encourage your feedback during this process, in order to best understand your needs in supervision.
